Initial Consultation and Mood Board

The Belfast Wedding Planner will co-ordinate as much or as little of your day as you require. The process will begin with an initial consultation where ideas, desires and the budget will be discussed. The Belfast Wedding Planner will then design a 'mood board' specifically for you. The mood board will have a variety of ideas for all of the aspects of your day so that the important decisions can start to be made. The mood board will reflect your personality, style and taste.

The Platinum Package

Take away all of the stress of your wedding day by having your whole day planned for you by the Belfast Wedding Planner. This package includes co-ordination of every aspect of the day from dawn until dusk. The package will include organisation of the marriage itself including all of the legalities, the wedding reception, catering, entertainment, flowers, stationery, cars, clothing (including if you wish attendance at all dress fittings to offer sound advice on clothing for the day), and first night accommodation to name but a few. This package can also include help with writing the speeches, organisation of the hen and stag celebrations and even organising the honeymoon. Fee: 12.5% of the budget (minimum fee £1200)

The Gold Package

This package is intended for couples who would like to have the majority of aspects taken care of for them. This Belfast Wedding Planner will co-ordinate the organisation of aspects such as the the marriage, the wedding reception, catering, entertainment, flowers, stationery and cars. This package is also good for people who need a little inspiration in planning the big day.

Fee: 12.5% of the budget (minimum fee £1000)

The Silver Package

This package is designed for couples who would like to manage the majority of the details for their big day, but need a little help with ideas. The Belfast Wedding Planner will co-ordinate up to three aspects of the day for you and will liaise with your venues and suppliers on the day to ensure that your day is perfect.

Fee: 15% of the budget (minimum fee £700)

The Bespoke Package

This package is built around your requirements. The Belfast Wedding Planner will co-ordinate which ever aspects of the day that you require. This package is intended for couples who are planning on having themed weddings or their weddings abroad for example.
